When I started teaching French in 2013 I noticed there were a lot of students who have a pretty good understanding of “textbook French”, but most of them could hardly use what they’ve learned in a practical way.
I created Street French to give people the tools they need to speak French proficiently and learn French the way it's really spoken!
Meet the team
Charlie has a Bachelor's degree in French and Francophone Studies and a Masters degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language from Middlebury College. He has been working as a French language coach since 2013.
He splits his time between Paris and Los Angeles.
Serena is a flutist and creative professional based in Paris.
She is the current graphic designer for the Street French e-courses, as well as the social media and blog posts. She is also currently undergoing the process of learning French :)
